At the end of the season, the Presidium of the Athletics Section of the Central Council of “Daugava” summarized the achievements of its athletes. The results and places won in various competitions and disciplines were compared according to specially developed regulations. All starts, the standards met in the team competition, and the newly set association and republic records were evaluated.
